Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique is a powerful tool to access the all knowing part of ourselves that has been called the Higher Self, the Oversoul or the Subconscious (SC). This is the greater part of ourselves and is always connected to Source or God. It has unlimited knowledge and an unlimited ability to heal. Sometimes mental and physical ailments are rooted in trauma from past lives, and sometimes it is from trauma in the persons present life. The SC can reveal the source of the ailment and assist in line with the souls highest and greatest good.
QHHT was created by master hypnotherapist Dolores Cannon and perfected over her 45 year career. She wrote 19 books on the subject including the Convoluted Universe series.

The Session
The QHHT process takes approximately 5 hours and includes the following elements:
Getting to know you
Reviewing the questions you would like to ask your higher self
Hypnosis induction
Exploring up to three past lives
Conversation with your higher self
Energetic healing
Bringing you out of hypnosis
Discussing your session
A recording of your session will be made for you to keep.
To make the most of your session I ask you to bring along a list of questions to ask your higher self. There is really no question that is too big or too small, so have some fun thinking of them!
