Regression Therapies
Have you have ever wondered about past lives, reincarnation and what happens beyond this life? If so, then you might be interested in trying one of these therapies.
Past Life Regression (PLR) in this session you are regressed back to between 1 and 3 past lives which have information that will be relevant to your current life. Many people do PLR simply out of curiosity, but there are many therapeutic benefits as well. By understanding what you have been through in previous incarnations you can gain deep insight into your current life, which can have a profoundly healing affect. The session will take approx. 2 hours. You will receive a recording of your session. To make the most of your session I will ask you to have one area of your life that you would like to focus on, ie relationships or health.
Inter Life Regression (ILR) follows the same format as PLR, but with the main purpose of exploring the time between lives. This is an absolutely fascinating area to explore, but it's generally not suitable for people who haven't been regressed before. If you would like to try this then please contact me to discuss if this is suitable for you or if another therapy would be more appropriate.
If you want to go even deeper you can try Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT).
QHHT is a powerful tool to access the all knowing part of ourselves that has been called the Higher Self, the Oversoul or the Subconscious (SC). This is the greater part of ourselves and is always connected to Source or God. It has unlimited knowledge and an unlimited ability to heal. Sometimes mental and physical ailments are rooted in trauma from past lives, and sometimes it is from trauma in the persons present life. My QHHT session with Lynn was a truly transformative experience.
