To ensure appointments run smoothly and fairly for all clients, please read the following terms and conditions before booking.

Payment

• All appointments must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

• Your appointment is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

• By making payment and booking an appointment, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.​

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment time.

• If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, you may receive a full refund or arrange an alternative appointment.

• Cancellations or requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

• If you do not attend your appointment, the appointment fee will be forfeited.​

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, unfortunately the appointment may no longer be able to go ahead.

• In this situation, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

• If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Arriving late may also mean that your treatment time needs to be reduced to avoid affecting other clients.​

Treatment Suitability

• Please inform your therapist of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, recent procedures or changes to your health before treatment.

• Your therapist reserves the right to decline or modify a treatment if they believe it is not suitable or safe to proceed.

• If a treatment cannot be carried out for safety reasons, this will be discussed with you and an alternative may be offered where appropriate.​

Client Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information relevant to their treatment.

• Please follow any aftercare advice provided by your therapist.​

Right to Refuse Treatment

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a treatment where we believe it is necessary for the safety, wellbeing or comfort of the client or therapist.

By booking and paying for an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
